By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services—whether online, in-store, or through our social media channels—you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you, our valued customer, and us as a small business committed to providing quality food and reliable service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. General Use of the Website and Services

Ynhdai’s Kitchen is a locally owned food business operating in Wairau Valley, Auckland. This website and our social media platforms are intended for general information, menu browsing, promotional updates, and customer interaction. All content, including images, menu listings, and pricing, is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed to reflect operational or legal adjustments. Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of these changes.

2. Order Placement and Fulfillment

Orders may be placed via our website’s contact or order form, Facebook Messenger, or in person at our physical location. Once submitted, your order is not considered final until we confirm it through a follow-up message or call. We encourage you to double-check that all details—including your name, contact number, order items, and preferred pickup time—are accurate when placing an order. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delays, and we are not liable for issues arising from such errors.

Please note that we prepare food in small batches and on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. During peak hours or special promotions, availability may be limited. While we strive to fulfill all orders on time, unexpected delays may occur due to volume, supply shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing, Promotions, and Payment

All prices listed on our menu and promotional materials are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Promotions, special offers, or discount bundles are valid only within the promotional period stated and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

We accept payments via cash and bank transfer for most orders. Payment is generally required upon pickup unless otherwise arranged. For large or custom orders, we may request a deposit in advance. Loyalty rewards, such as stamp cards, must be presented at the time of purchase—missed stamps cannot be added later. Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.

4. Pickup, Cancellation, and Refunds

Orders are available for pickup at our Wairau Valley location during regular business hours. We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled pickup, as our food is best enjoyed fresh. If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please notify us at least two (2) hours in advance. Orders canceled without proper notice or repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future orders or denial of service.

Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed errors on our part (e.g., incorrect item given, order not fulfilled). We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for orders canceled outside the allowable timeframe. Any refund request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

5. Food Safety, Allergens, and Dietary Requirements

We take food safety seriously and prepare all meals in a clean, inspected kitchen. However, some of our dishes may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, seafood, or gluten. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order. Ynhdai’s Kitchen shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from undisclosed sensitivities.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We collect limited data (e.g., name, contact information, order details) to process orders, provide updates, and send occasional marketing content. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website—including photos, menu descriptions, logos, and branding—are the intellectual property of Ynhdai’s Kitchen. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without express written permission. Any misuse of our branding or impersonation of our business may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality food and excellent service, Ynhdai’s Kitchen is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to delays, availability issues, or dissatisfaction with food taste. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
